The ADC Box Office is open Monday - Saturday 1pm - 7pm. Tickets can be bought in person or over the phone. A 50p charge is added to telephone transactions.
Please be aware that the Box Office will be closed on Monday 7th July due to the Tour de France. Tickets can still be booked online.
On the Door
Any remaining tickets can be bought on the door from 30 minutes before each performance.
Tickets are sold from a reserved seating plan with the exception of some lateshows and special events.
Seating is in a single area split into two sections and raked throughout. Row J is on the aisle, and while there is more legroom, it is on the same level as the row in front.
Concessions are usually offered for Students, Under 16s, Senior Citizens, Jobseekers and holders of Council Leisure Card A and the Cambridge Visitor Card. Valid ID must always be shown when buying a concessionary ticket.
When a performance sells out, there are several options available to people wishing to purchase tickets:
Customers are welcome to check with the box office to see if there have been any returned tickets. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
A limited number of Day Seats may be available on the day of the performance from the time the Box Office opens. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
On the Door
Sometimes a small number of seats become available immediately before the performance begins. These seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who queue at the Box Office for last-minute tickets.
We do not keep a waiting list for sold-out events. The best way to guarantee tickets is to book well in advance. Please note we will only resell tickets once a performance has completely sold out.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
