Did the Butler Do It?

Debbie Chalmers

Cambridge's renowned Drama School; The Young Actors Company, brings you a week of fantastic theatre performed by our talented young actors aged 9-  21.

Panic unfolds in the Fitzwilliam mansion after Lady Jemima’s priceless pearl necklace goes missing the evening of her annual dinner party. But not to worry! The only people to call in such a case are the local police force - Inspector Vector and Sergeant Pargeant, right? Wrong. The doddery Mrs Clues is also on the case and a race ensues between the two forces to uncover the whereabouts of the pearl necklace.

As the two sides battle it out to be the first to discover the truth, we meet posh, pernickety old couples, bored, bumbling servants, and a host of kooky characters.

Can the detectives discover whether the butler really did do it?

This production is recommended for people of all ages.
