You will be able to sit in a group with other people in your household, up to a maximum of 4 people. Different households will then be sat at least 1m from each other, with compulsory face coverings in the theatre.
You are encouraged to bring your own face covering, but you can also buy an ADC branded face mask online or at the Box Office for £6. We have a maximum of one seat available per performance for someone who cannot wear a face covering for medical reasons; please contact our Box Office on 01223 300085 to book this. ADC Management reserve the right to turn away an audience member who is not wearing a face covering, without providing a refund. Children will not be exempt from wearing face coverings in the auditorium.
When you book your tickets, you will be able to select in which block of seats you would like to sit in the auditorium. Seating blocks vary in size from individuals to groups of 4 people. You can only sit in a seating block with other members of your household or support bubble. When you arrive at the Theatre, our Front of House staff will direct you to your seats.
More information on how to book a ticket can be found on the Booking Information section of our website.
Our ADC Mainshows, Lateshows and One Night Stands will have an in-person audience, with the option to watch a livestream at home.
For ADC Mainshows, the auditorium will open from 7:15pm, in advance of our Mainshow beginning at 7:45pm. For ADC Lateshows and One-Night Stands, the auditorium will open from 10:45pm, in advance of the show beginning at 11pm.
There will be a one-way system in place from the Box Office up into the auditorium. There will also be a one-way system in place leading to the toilets, both before the show and during the interval.
All details of audience members above the age of 16 must be held by the ADC Theatre, to be passed on to NHS Test and Trace if necessary. This can be done either by scanning the NHS app QR code when entering the Theatre, or by giving your details to our Box Office. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else and will be destroyed after 21 days from the performance.
