Social Distancing at the Corpus Playroom

We are excited to re-open our studio venue the Corpus Playroom as a socially-distanced venue, in line with goverment restrictions. This will be the first time the Corpus Playroom has staged shows since March 2020, and we are presenting a season of intimate one- and two-person plays and comedy shows, all written by up-and-coming student talent.

The audience capacity of the venue has been reduced to a maximum of 18 people, who will be sat at a distance of 1m apart from each other, with compulsory face coverings.

If you have a medical reason not to wear a face covering, please contact our Box Office on 01223 300085, as we have a maximum of one seat available per performance to accommodate this.

Seating in the Corpus Playroom is unreserved. When you arrive at the Playroom to take your seat, you will be told which seat to take in the auditorium, which will be spaced 1m apart from all other audience members.

Audience members will fill into the audience from the far side to that nearest the Box Office.

Due to the size of the Front of House corridor, only one of the Playroom's toilets will be available to use before the show begins.

You can see which shows are coming up at the Corpus Playroom here.
