Maysa Brice is trying to perform stand-up comedy. She hopes she is the first ever University of Cambridge student with a stammer to do so. The believable problem? Her Compère really doesn't like her. Her more unbelievable problem? She has an Evil Twin who's less of a twin and more of a manifestation of all her bitterness. And she can't exactly cut off her darker self when he is literally her. Once she blocked his number and her phone exploded. Anyway, he's heard that she's putting a show on and is quite frankly offended she hasn't asked him to take part, so he will get on that stage whether she likes it or not.
Join Maysa Brice for 90 minutes of stand-up comedy and who knows, you may be the first ever audience to witness a 5'4 young woman with a stammer not be able to decide whether she wants to fight or aggressively make out with herself.

The Corpus Playroom is owned by Corpus Christi College, and managed by the University of Cambridge through the ADC Theatre. The College drama society, the Fletcher Players, are the resident company.
The L-shaped studio is Cambridge's primary fringe space, showcasing a variety of productions, with an emphasis on new writing. Seasons are programmed simultaneously with the ADC Theatre.
