On The Door
Tickets will be available to book on the door for our shows, subject to availability.
Show programmes for select productions can be purchased from the Box Office, at the Bar or from our front of house stewards.
Terms and Conditions
All tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged for an alternative performance of the same production subject to availability, or refunded to credit on your Box Office account to be used against future bookings at the ADC Theatre or Corpus Playroom.
Our full Terms and Conditions can be read here.
Student Bursary Discount
Students from the University of Cambridge in receipt of either a University or a College bursary are eligible to apply for a discount on tickets for student shows at the ADC Theatre or at the Corpus Playroom. For more information and to apply, please complete the below form.
When booking a group of ten online, your tenth ticket will be automatically discounted. For group sizes larger than ten, we recommend booking in advance through the Box Office. You should email email@example.com if you wish to pay via invoice. We can sometimes offer additional group booking discounts, including free educator tickets, for school group bookings. Some of our productions may also be able to offer a pre-show talk for educational groups. Enquiries should be directed to the Theatre Manager on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets for shows at the ADC Theatre are sold from a reserved seating plan with the exception of some lateshows and special events.
Seating is in a single area split into two sections and raked throughout. Row J is on the aisle, and while there is more legroom, it is on the same level as Row I and so your view may be slightly restricted.
Concessions are usually offered for Students, Under 16s, Senior Citizens, Jobseekers, University of Cambridge Alumni, current University of Cambridge staff and holders of Council Leisure Card A and the Cambridge Visitor Card. Valid ID must always be shown when buying a concessionary ticket.
Customers are welcome to check with the box office to see if there have been any returned tickets. Please contact the Box Office for more information.
We do not keep a waiting list for sold-out events. The best way to guarantee tickets is to book in advance.

What does the little ‘i’ on all of the seats on the seating plan mean?
The ‘i’ figure on the seats is an information note. If you hover over the seats (or press and hold the seats on a smartphone or tablet the following message will be displayed: “Please be aware that the layout of this seating plan does not reflect the actual layout of the auditorium. Seats will be assigned on a first come first served basis upon arrival.”

Can I log out once I've booked my tickets?
Yes, under the 'My Account' heading on the right hand side of your screen you will see a link that says 'Login/Logout'. Simply click this and you will be taken to a page which will either provide a 'Logout' button, or, if you are not logged in then will ask for your login details.
Can I book student/concessionary tickets online?
Yes. When you've selected your show and group size you will have the ability to choose which type each ticket should be.
Why is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy online?
We want to discourage people buying and reselling our tickets. Also, if you are buying a large number of tickets, we can offer a group discount for certain performances. Please call our box office.
