1881. A town in rural Norway. A son comes back to his mother.
Mrs Alving has been living in the shadow of her husband’s death for years, and decides that it is time to tell her son, Oswald, the truth about his dissolute life that she has kept secret. Only some sins can’t be hidden. When Oswald returns from his bohemian life in Paris, he reveals that the sins of his father’s past are part of his tragic inheritance.
This production is suitable for ages 12 and over.

The Corpus Playroom is owned by Corpus Christi College, and managed by the University of Cambridge through the ADC Theatre. The College drama society, the Fletcher Players, are the resident company.
The L-shaped studio is Cambridge's primary fringe space, showcasing a variety of productions, with an emphasis on new writing. Seasons are programmed simultaneously with the ADC Theatre.
