Ahead of Saturday night's performance of Life With Oscar, join us for a pre-show talk with actor and filmmaker Nick Cohen.
Nick Cohen is known for writing and directing films including London Unplugged (2018), Recoil (2018), The Reeds (2010) and Beginner's Luck (2001) starring Steven Berkoff, Christopher Cazenove, and James Callis. His films have won awards and been featured in international film festivals. He has also directed a number of episodes of British soap operas EastEnders and Doctors. In theatre, he was assistant director to the Royal Shakespeare Company World Tour in 1997, and staff director at the Royal National Theatre. He also founded Strange Fish Theatre which went on to produce several plays Off West End including Blood Knot at the Gate Theatre. His autobiographical show Life With Oscar has toured to the Edinburgh Fringe, Arcola Theatre, and venues across the USA.

The Corpus Playroom is owned by Corpus Christi College, and managed by the University of Cambridge through the ADC Theatre. The College drama society, the Fletcher Players, are the resident company.
The L-shaped studio is Cambridge's primary fringe space, showcasing a variety of productions, with an emphasis on new writing. Seasons are programmed simultaneously with the ADC Theatre.
